bbh roundtable – second event

After the great response in summer, we held two more virtual roundtable events with customers and partners in November. 

The first session focused on the question “How to develop a high performance organization even in a remote environment?” – a subject that is both challenging and highly topical. As an introduction to the discussion, Melanie Schillinsky from NXP Semiconductors, together with Ben Heigert from bbh, gave an exciting practical presentation on how she succeeded in developing a global, exclusively remote working R&D-team into a high-performance team. 

Together with the participants, many practical impulses and experiences were exchanged and the event ended with a good glass of wine – or tea. We were very pleased to welcome the following guests at our second roundtable, in addition to Melanie Schillinsky:
