Virtual fair for the ONE SAP project at Veolia Germany

As part of our change management support for the SAP S/4HANA migration, we took the next step in enabling the SAP community at our customer Veolia Germany. Our virtual fair day, which we organized together with the project team, took place in the specially set up Veolia Studio Berlin on September 22, 2022.

In order to familiarize the well over 1,000 users with the most important changes resulting from the switch to the new SAP system, various topics and formats were offered.

In addition to panel discussions, interactive question/answer sessions and technical presentations, the virtual booths were particularly popular. There, visitors had the opportunity to see the new processes relevant to them demonstrated live on the system for the first time, ask questions and thus experience the changes first-hand. This is an important next step in preparing for the upcoming training sessions and the system’s go-live.
