The DSAG Annual Congress 2022

In October 2022, two of our bbh colleagues went to the DSAG Annual Congress with the key note topic “Change Management in S/4HANA Transformations – Nice to have or Game Changer? In a dialogue with Kevin Dräger from Veolia, Ben Heigert and Volker Abt explained the relevance of change management in S/4 transformations using the example of the joint ONE SAP project at Veolia.

To start with, our colleague Volker Abt told us about his very personal change manager to change his own behavioural patterns: his Bernese mountain dog Lotte! Thanks to her, he managed to implement his New Year’s resolutions and to keep them until today. In the end, change management must always aim to change personal patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour!

Kevin Dräger gave interesting and practical insights into the change management activities within the framework of the SAP Transformation ONE SAP at Veolia. Many thanks, Kevin, for the insights, which greatly enriched the subsequent exchange of experiences!
