The DSAG Tech Days in Düsseldorf

In May 2022, the DSAG Tech Days finally took place again in Düsseldorf after 2 years. Even though the remote “replacement events” can hardly be surpassed in terms of efficiency and even virtual large-scale events are now routine, we still had a certain longing for the personal encounters and the resulting emotions that arise on site.

In his first contribution, our colleague Volker Abt, together with Christine Grimm, got to the bottom of the question “When do people change and how?” in an interactive discussion. The central topic was why emotions in particular are often the source of energy to bring about changes in thinking and behaviour.

We are looking forward to the next DSAG Tech Days in March 2023 in Mannheim, where we will definitely be back!
