On 28 April, together with the ‘German-speaking SAP User Group’ (DSAG)<\/strong>, we organised an exciting workshop on the S\/4HANA transformation<\/strong> that was full of discussion. Together with 15 application companies, we addressed the question of which are the most important stakeholders in the S\/4HANA transformation and how to win them over for the change. In this context, the essential elements of a successful change story<\/strong> were also addressed, as well as the sustainable handling of change processes in the concrete company-specific context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was rounded off by three unique case studies<\/strong> from participating SAP application companies<\/strong>. This allowed us to develop unique insights for current and future transformation projects in the S\/4HANA environment in a great team within a very short time and in a personal atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of this was illustrated with current practical examples and established concepts from scientific research and critically questioned in a well-founded exchange, so that in the end every participant was able to achieve concrete added value for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
