Joint study with DSAG on change management in SAP transformation projects

For several years, we have been intensively dealing with the challenges of IT transformations such as S/4HANA implementation projects and their impact on organizations and people. Change management plays an important role here, as resistance, conflicts and other interpersonal challenges often arise, especially in greenfield or process reengineering projects.

In order to generate insights for current and future SAP transformation projects, we are currently conducting a study together with the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) to collect and merge experiences in change management. Our aim is to find out more about:

• What are the success factors for good change management in SAP transformation projects?
• where traps and obstacles can be, and
• what companies should bear in mind in order to shape the transformation project successfully together with the people involved
